Driven by a passion for nature, Erika has a Bachelor of Science in Life Science (Environmental Biology) from the National University of Singapore. They have experience in environmental impact assessments, tropical flora and fauna species identification and coastal fieldwork. As an ecologist, they collaborate with engineers to tailor nature-based solutions for local and regional contexts.
