Kate is a business founder whose experience includes leadership development, executive assessment and coaching in a range of cultural and business settings. She has led businesses both in Australia and APAC, and has worked in Europe and Asia, for regional and global clients, frequently in government, banking and finance and aviation sectors. In recent times, Kate has founded a business, providing solutions for boards, and their executive teams. The solution identifies individual behaviours and behavioural dynamics within boards. Kate delivers solutions for individual directors, and boards as a whole for executive search, coaching and development and board development. www.upboard.global Kate is an Australian Registered Psychologist and coach, with an MSc (Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology) from University of East London. Having had a coaching practice since 2015, she coaches individuals at senior and executive/management levels - focusing on managing behaviour change, identifying individual strengths, and developing peer relationship attributes. She continues to work as a coach on leadership development and client specific programs as part of a team engaged by INSEAD Business School, France. Kate currently lives in Melbourne, Australia.
