Carolyn Lim is the Senior Corporate Communications Manager of the Musim Mas Group. She joined the Group in 2012 and leads corporate communications, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement at one of the world's largest palm oil companies. Having worked in the industry for over a decade, Carolyn started work in the sector in 2007, just as environmental issues began gaining traction in the public sphere. She enjoys finding the sweet spots in which private companies and NGOs can collaborate in a meaningful and impactful manner. Carolyn started her career in investor relations in public relations agencies. She has also worked in Wilmar International and a sustainability consultancy, CSR Asia. She holds a Masters of Arts from the University of New South Wales in Australia and a Bachelor's degree in History from the National University of Singapore.
