Lucita Jasmin is the Group Director of Sustainability of RGE (Royal Golden Eagle) which manages world-class companies specialising in resource-based manufacturing and is supported by a global workforce of over 80,000 people. RGE is guided by its 5Cs principle of doing what is good for the Community, Country, Climate (and Nature) and Customer in order to do good for the Company. As Group Director of Sustainability, Lucita will help drive the integration of sustainability and business strategy as RGE strives to fulfill its purpose of improving lives by developing resources sustainably.
