Steve Phuah holds a B.Sc. (Econ) and Diploma in Economics from the University of London. With over 33 years of experience in corporate finance, stockbroking, energy, asset management, mining, telecommunications, biotech, business process outsourcing, and F&B, he currently serves as Special Projects Lead at Annica Holdings Limited, where he oversees strategic initiatives, structures project financing, develops business models, and fosters strategic partnerships and capital raising. His career highlights include stabilising Nasdaq-listed Mercurity Fintech Holding Inc as Interim CFO during an organisational crisis, growing AUM from $10m to $500m as Investment Director at Infiniti Asset Management, and serving as Executive Director at ASX-listed APAC Coal Ltd, where he managed legal disputes. He has co-founded ventures in telecommunications and F&B, including a fast-serve diner franchise with over 60 outlets at exit. Mr. Phuah also advises on corporate strategy, M&As, and fundraising for public and private companies.
