Anna Maria M. Gonzales brings over 30 years of experience in housing, planning and building, collaborating with non-profits, international aid agencies, government, and the private sector. Since 2011, she has led Ayala Land’s Sustainability unit, establishing the company’s ESG leadership through sustainability data reporting and innovative projects for a sustainable future. She guides sustainability strategy formulation and execution, focusing on Net Zero/Carbon Neutrality, Circular Economy, and water and waste management initiatives. Anna also oversees partnerships with diverse stakeholders across the Philippines and has trained in architecture and urban planning at institutions in the Philippines, the Netherlands, United States, and South Korea.
