Andrew Li (Li Han-yang) is Founder and CEO of ECOCO (Fun Lead Change Co., Ltd.), Taiwan's smart recycling and circular economy platform. In 2017, he noticed a paradox: people in Taiwan cared about the environment, yet recycling bins often sat empty. Convinced that the missing piece was an immediate, tangible reward, he founded the company and installed ECOCO's first recycling machine in Tainan in 2018. Under his leadership, ECOCO has grown into a network of more than 1,600 recycling points across 16 counties and cities, turning recycling into a rewarding habit and building circular economy infrastructure ready to scale across Asia.
