Samantha has over a decade of experience conducting music lessons, and developed the proprietary curriculum and training programme at The Radiant Spectrum. Through her leadership, TRS clinched the President’s Challenge Social Enterprise Start-Up Award in 2023, and Samantha was also awarded the Rising Star of the Year Award by a+ Magazine. In the span of 3 years, Samantha has scaled TRS to serve more than 220 in-house students, and 150 students across 3 MOE SPED schools.
