Boon Ching enjoyed a successful 25-year career as a Senior IT Manager at HP, where she led numerous global projects. Known for her meticulousness and productivity, she has a deep passion for gardening, often spending her free time nurturing plants or creating pottery. After retiring from the corporate world, she pursued her love for agriculture by co-founding BlueAcres. Now serving as the Grower for several urban farms in Singapore, Boon Ching focuses on coaching and managing farmers to ensure smooth farm operations. Like her co-founder, she is also a named patent applicant and inventor of a vertical farming contraption.
