Becoming a Nurse to Help the World
Annmary jaison
Since childhood, I have always dreamed of helping others and making a real difference in people’s lives. That dream led me to pursue a career in nursing. I am a 19-year-old student from India, and I have applied to study BSc Nursing (Adult) in the UK. I chose this path because I believe nursing is not just a profession—it’s a calling to care, heal, and support those in need. In a world facing constant health challenges, nurses play a powerful role in communities. I want to be one of those people who stands by patients during their toughest moments, offering not only medical care but also emotional strength. My goal is to learn the best practices abroad and return to India to serve in top hospitals, improving healthcare in my community. Through this journey, I hope to inspire other young girls like me to follow their passion and create a better future for people everywhere. Nursing is my way of giving back to the world, and I’m ready to start this journey with commitment, compassion, and hope.
