Sylvain is the Director, Sustainability at Bank of Singapore where he works with the management and key stakeholders across different business functions and geographies as well as with the broader OCBC Group on the implementation and operations of the bank’s sustainability agenda. Prior to joining BOS, he was an entrepreneur providing transformational change consulting services to a broad range of large corporations in Asia-Pacific. He has 20 years of experience in the field of Sustainability across sectors and a firm believer that most impactful transformations occur through a collaborative approach at the intersection of people, private and public sectors. Sylvain is the recipient of various accolades including Singapore’s National Environmental Agency Eco Friend Award which he received from the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment in 2020.
