Since 2011, Bey Soo Khiang has served as the Vice-Chairman of RGE and Chairman of APRIL Group. At RGE, he oversees its business groups in areas such as sustainability, continuous improvement and digital transformation. Before joining RGE, Mr Bey spent 11 years at Singapore Airlines as Senior Executive Vice President. He previously served as Chief of the Republic of Singapore Air Force from 1992–1995, and Singapore's Chief of Defence Force from 1995–2000. He holds a MA (Engineering) from the University of Cambridge and a Master in Public Administration from Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
